  • Confirm material (SPC/WPC/LVT/laminate), direction of lay and owner-supplied vs CHK supply.
  • List leveling, strip-out, skirting and waste % in the QT before order.

Prep & acclimate

  • Protect finished walls and deliver planks to site for 24–48 h acclimation.
  • Level, clean and install underlay or moisture barrier per manufacturer.
  • Plan expansion gaps at walls, columns and long runs over 8 m.
  • Daily LINE photos for owners and property managers abroad.

Install & finish

  • Click, lock or glue per spec — stagger joints and cut around pipes cleanly.
  • Fit skirting, reducers and silicone at wet-area boundaries.
  • Snag walk with owner or PM — vacuum and handover care sheet.
  • Written warranty starts after full payment per CHK policy.
