Indicative THB per square metre for Samui Fixit / CHK trades: new shell, interior fit-out, repairs, painting and coatings, waterproofing and tiling, metal roofing, MEP, steel and railings, glass and film, concrete, bird netting, and WPC decking. Tune slope, finishing, and add-ons; figures exclude VAT 7%, ferry or site logistics, and bespoke items — request an official BOQ for a binding quote.

Service conditions before we proceed
- Please provide the job site location (address, map pin, or project name on Koh Samui).
- Please send initial site photos so we can understand conditions and access.
- Please share scope details for the work you need — e.g. photos, an existing BOQ, drawings/plans, or other documents needed for a preliminary price review.
Alternatively, we can carry out an on-site survey to prepare a formal quotation. A site survey fee applies by distance (for example THB 300 / 500 / 800 — exact band depends on location). If you approve our official quotation, that survey fee is credited as a discount against the final invoice.
